I was very happy with how fast the result came. When I first started training with Team Edge I was running a high 4.6 40 yard dash within 6 weeks was running in the 4.2 range and better and on a good day I ran a 3.90 40 yard dash. I presently jump in the high 40's vertical run the short shuttle in a 3.7 and can bench 225 lbs in the high 20's. All that is nothing compared to my abilities on the football field. Often the quarterback under-throws me , because I get up the field so fast so I have to comeback and out jump my defender to make the play. My ability to move left to right and get up field is effortless now. I have to say TEAF has really upgrade my football performance. I look forward to the next NFL combine with Team Edge and Fitness I am confident my performance will be impressive.

Working with Team Edge really brought back the love and drive I have for my sport. Not only were the work outs intense, but each day we did something different. Each work out pushed us to the max and the benefit was clearly evident.
